Michael Dub
Michael has over 17 years of experience working across large and small companies including start-ups and other entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to joining Raspberry Red in New Jersey, Michael was a Vice President within the Time Inc. Digital Media group, where he was responsible for driving traffic and managing analytics for all of the Time Inc. magazine websites including, People, Sports Illustrated, Time, InStyle, Real Simple. Michael and his team achieved consistent traffic growth through a combination of tactics including SEO (working with editorial and back end development), SEM (to drive cost effective subscriptions), newsletter deployment strategies, social media, distribution deals and analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.
Michael was also a past Director of Marketing at MTV in New York City (NY) where he was responsible for the development and execution of channel-wide marketing plans for MTV on-air properties by leveraging digital and traditional media assets to deepen MTV's audience relationship and increase ancillary business revenue.
Joelene Wolfe
Joelene has broad experience with over 18 years’ in traditional, database and interactive marketing focused on new and innovative ways to improve business performance. Preceding joining Raspberry Red in NJ, Joelene ran all aspects of Geoffrey's Birthday Club, a large consumer loyalty program at Toys"R"Us. She was responsible for developing program strategy, creative, tactical execution and analysis for the program’s direct marketing, database and website. In doing so, Joelene successfully drove new sign-ups, store and site traffic and significant incremental sales.
Joelene also worked over the years on both the client and agency sides where she focused on delivering customer-centric acquisition and retention programs and other marketing initiatives such as SEO and SEM, all ultimately to drive sales.
